Magnum Opus Films is affiliated with a network of independent producers, writers, directors, freelance industry personnel, associations, suppliers and production companies who have come together to share ideas and co-produce project of a similar vision including Primordial Productions, Saddington Studios/ACOPA and Spring Creative Enterprises.
The founding member of Magnum Opus Films is Natasha Tighe, an Irish/Australian independent producer/writer/director who has worked in the Australian film industry since 1994 as a production manager/producer, writer/researcher/director on dramas, feature length TV specials, environmental films, TV documentaries, docu-dramas, TV commercials, multimedia, features, corporates and media events. Many of the projects Natasha has previously worked on have received international and national awards.
Natasha is a member of the Australian Film institute, the Victorian Parks Association, the Australian Conservation Foundation and an associate member of the Screen Producers Association of Australia (SPAA) and the Australian Writers Guild (AWG). Natasha has previously organized the United Nations Association of Australia's (UNAA) Media Peace Awards and World Environment Day Awards and was selected for the SPAA Emerging Producer Scheme in 2003.
